MONDAY Zuppa Toscana :: salad (yes, this is THE Olive Garden recipe. It is awesome)
TUESDAY leftovers day (we have lots this week)
THURSDAY Matzo Ball Soup
FRIDAY pizza night: Papa Murphy's veggie pizza.
SATURDAY breakfast for dinner: Hootenanny pancakes (without the sausage and baked in 9X13 pan) :: fruit :: apple sausage
SUNDAY HF's crockpot ribs. So easy, even he can make it. And that's sayin' a lot! All you do is take a package or two of boneless country style pork or beef ribs. Salt and pepper them and brown them in a little oil. Then place them in a crockpot. Pour 1-2 bottles of your favorite BBQ sauce over all and cook on high for 6 hours or until desired tenderness. Fast, easy, cheap, and man-pleasin'!

Hey lady. Thanks for sharing your menu plan. Wish I had one. Can you stART posting them earlier so that I can steal them? My family is getting tired of sandwiches and frozen nuggets. :O
